Maj. David Moore, 40, never had a knack for focus in high school. In fact, everyone in the front office knew him well because of his frequent principal visits.

But since the age of 14, all he wanted to do was fly. So his path changed from being a computer science major at Bethany College to being an aviation student at Ohio University.
